About the Founders:
Teresa Condicion spent 17 years of her career in FMCG. She was the Head of Retail Analytics for P&G ASEAN, before she started her first cashback startup, Snapcart, in 2015. As Chief Data officer, she built the Data Science team and developed over 400 machine learning models that reads, parses, and derives insights from grocery receipts. She led the company as CEO in 2019 to complete the product automation and drive organization efficiencies. In 2019, she started Shoplinks to digitize and personalize promotions in CPG. She graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Cum Laude from University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.
Hyemin Lee has always been passionate about finding opportunities and building business. Hyemin joined Rocket Internet and successfully co-founded their first subscription business model, Glossybox, and led expansion to 7 Asian countries. With a kindred spirit to expand business, she established People & Co., Ltd, an e-commerce and marketing consulting startup, with the co-founders of Rocket Internet as CEO and awarded as the IT start-up of the year.
In 2012 Dec, she founded NoomKorea with a record of top grossing app in both Android and iOS for 3 years. To support the Korean startup ecosystem, she also contributes as a venture advisor of 500 startups and as a mentor of Google campus Seoul. Inspired by start-ups’ mentoring at Google campus and by moderating Eric Schmidt as a representative serial entrepreneur in Korea, she is determined to build her startup again and is currently running Finda(www.finda.co.kr), a strong category leader in the lending platform industry in Korea. Finda provides more than 300 loan products from 60+ banks and essential banking services for all bank accounts. Finda has raised $17 Mil from US and Korea. She is also nominated as top 50 female entrepreneur in Asia in Forbes 2017.
