About the Founders:
Min Chen is the Founder and CEO of Wisy, a Silicon Valley based startup that solves a $2T problem in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry by reducing out-of-stocks and waste with artificial intelligence. She is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and software engineer with 20 years of experience. Min is a Fulbright recipient with a Master’s in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and executive degrees from UC Berkeley and Stanford University. Min is considered a leader in innovation and inclusion of women in STEM. She served as the Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering from 2014-2016 and was a member of IEEE Women in Engineering Global Committee. She has been invited as keynote speaker to important global innovation venues and has been featured on Forbes, NBC and Business Insider.
Courtney is the CEO and Founder of Runa, a software that is automating payroll for Latin America. Prior to Runa, Courtney was the CMO of Cabify, a taxi application for Latin America, where she grew the company from 3 cities and $20MM valuation to 130 cities across 12 countries and a $1.5Bn valuation. Courtney founded her first company (https://Wokai.org) at 22 and her second company (httpss://Yellowsmith.com) at 28. Previously, she also worked in venture capital and finance at Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Morgenthaler and Morgan Stanley. Courtney holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA in Chinese and Economics from Berkeley. She is fluent in Chinese, Spanish, and English and the mother of three children.
