A lot has happened here in Treppendorf. The small music shop that Hans Senior opened in his parents' house in 1954 has now become the largest music shop in the world.
Overall, our space has grown from around 5,200 m² to over 10,000 m² of exhibition, sales and storage space.
There will also be a stronger focus on acoustic guitars: Martin Guitars and Taylor Guitars will be presented in their own rooms, and the exhibition of classical guitars will grow from 85 to around 400 models. Also new: Dedicated areas for ukuleles and bluegrass instruments.
With the completion of the second construction phase, the new shop is now finished. The new areas are open and ready to be discovered. However, the journey is not yet complete: the third construction phase will see the renovation and modernisation of existing areas.
So the shop is still on the move.
And let's be honest: anything else wouldn't suit us either.
