Making Good BAD Drawings
What makes a bad drawing? It's not just one thing but there are some general guidelines we can follow.
You can play with value range, having more detail in your shadows or highlights. But those value families have to be consistent with each other.
Artists can subvert expectation and make art with qualities outside the norm. This just takes experience to be able to do with intention!
