The social media account, Does It Play?, is proposing a one-week 'economic and gameplay blackout' starting Sunday, August 23rd at 7pm local time. No signing onto PSN, no turning on your PS5, no playing Sony games on Steam, etc. The post is gaining traction on X, with more than 1 million views so far. In other news, the Nintendo Switch 2 edition of Final Fantasy XIV will take up a whopping 117GB of internal space. This will increase next year, when the latest expansion drops. And finally, the first major expansion for STALKER 2, titled Cost of Hope, will drop on August 20th, along with a free 2.0 upgrade.
