Federal Appeals Court Blocks the Mailing of Abortion Pill

The decision effectively reinstates an earlier rule that required the pill to be dispensed in person. It stems from a lawsuit brought by the state of Louisiana against the FDA which has allowed patients to access the pill through telehealth and the mail even after Roe v. Wade was overturned.
