While being chased by Los Angeles police, a dirtbike rider stopped at a gas station to refuel but took off before finishing, leaving part of the pump hose attached. The suspect sped down streets, eventually jumping off his bike and climbing into a recycling bin to hide. Officers found him there and took him into custody.
