Airline Worker Goes the Extra Mile to Return Lost Luggage Tags

American Airlines fleet service worker Randy Crowl spends his days racing around the ramp to get luggage onto its next flight in Phoenix. For nearly a decade, he and his team have been tracking down owners to reunite them with their lost luggage tags. NBC’s Hallie Jackson has his story in this week’s Sunday Spotlight.
