I still can't believe we're BACK!!!
"How to Make Friends as an Adult" was the NUMBER ONE most requested video on my Instagram since we've all been back, and I am so excited that this is something people want to talk about!
I've divided the video into 3 parts:
1. General rules for friendship you need to know!
2. How I actually met friends (places, people, ways)
3. Psychology openers that you can try that really help to meet new friends, especially if you're shy.
It can be hard to break outside of the circles we've known since childhood. Hopefully this video gives you some practical places to start if you're looking to make new friends, whether at a new school or college, a new city or job, or just because you need a new friend group.
As a former therapist and also someone who had a divorce which resulted in a friend apocalypse, I've seen it all and these tips are from the heart.
