New Dashcam footage reveals the moment a speeding Orange County deputy struck driver Megan Doan and her partner during a legal left turn on Dec. 29, 2023. Court documents state Deputy Jeremiah Peyus was traveling over 30 mph past the speed limit when he collided with Doan. The footage was recently released by the couple's attorney as the victims filed a civil lawsuit against Orange County.
