The Steam Machine is here
The Steam Machine is here, and it's definitely more computer than console -- you'll pay $1,049 and up for Valve's living room PC! Good thing it's so small, cute, cool, quiet, and plays decades of Windows games, because you're paying nearly twice the price for PS5 levels of performance. Will you care if your couch is far enough away from your TV? I'm having a great time playing hours of Indiana Jones, and it truly doubles as a desktop computer: I wrote my whole Steam Machine review on the Steam Machine itself, plugged into all my desktop peripherals.
