Iran released new footage of what it claims are its air defenses firing at American drones and a fighter jet in an incident that nearly broke the fragile ceasefire with the United States. The Trump administration says a framework peace deal could be reached this week and a U.S. official tells NBC News the agreement would see the ceasefire extended 60 days, open the Strait of Hormuz and initiate talks on Iran’s nuclear programs.
