J.J. Abrams Jokes Daughter Gracie Is Too Busy to Collab With Him (Exclusive)

J.J. Abrams chats with ET's Cassie DiLaura at the premiere of 'The End of Oak Street,' in theaters on Aug. 14. Abrams produced the Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor-led sci-fi film, which finds a family's suburban street mysteriously relocated to a land with... dinosaurs! Next up for the filmmaker is 'The Great Beyond,' his first directorial effort since 2019's 'Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker;' it stars Glen Powell and Jenna Ortega. As for teaming up with his pop-star daughter, Gracie Abrams, anytime soon, the 'Alias' creator jokes she's the 'busiest kid' he knows, who doesn't have time for a team-up!
