Cher Wants a Conservatorship for 'Gravely Disabled' Son Elijah Blue Allman
Cher has petitioned a court to put her youngest child, Elijah Blue Allman, under a temporary conservatorship after years of mental health struggles and drug abuse have left him 'gravely disabled.' The GRAMMY winner claims the 49-year-old has 'no concept of money' while facing six-figure debts and a monthly spousal support order. She points to his history of destructive and 'hypersexual' behavior at hotels and rental properties. Elijah is currently incarcerated in a New Hampshire psychiatric facility awaiting trial related to two different incidents, including an alleged March break-in, which resulted in felony burglary charges.
