NoonieVsEverybody's debut mixtape, STRICTLY 4 THE VOICELESS, unveils an ambitious and hungry young artist. STRICTLY 4 THE VOICELESS is also the name of his documentary series, made up of four short and deeply personal episodes.
The second episode sees Noonie in his element with his family in Cleveland, introducing his fans to the story of a great influence in his life, his Uncle Jubu.
“He something different, like, he a family man, and he stood on the family word. That was the principle for him. He cared about his people and he was willing to go to a far extent to see them happy,” Noonie told Noisey about his Uncle Jubu.
“Growing up, I didn’t really have a lot of father figures in my life, I only really had my mama, cousins, aunties, and he was locked up for most of my life, but he would always call and check on me, see how i’m doing in school and stuff like that, and show me he cared for real.”
