Halle Berry accuses ex-husband Olivier Martinez of using the court to ‘bully’ her amid their bitter custody battle. The Oscar-winning actress claims she is a victim of domestic violence and says allegations she abused their son, Maceo, are, ‘directly contradicted’ by video she filmed that night. Halle’s fiancé, Van Hunt, and her 18-year-old daughter, Nahla, have also supported her accounts, and the actress is asking the court to restore the former spouses 50/50 custody arrangement ahead of their Oct. 16 hearing. She also accuses Martinez, who receives $8,000 a month in child support, of using the custody battle to extract more money to support himself.
