Track Configuration Changes at Scale Using AWS Config | Amazon Web Services
In this video, you’ll see how to track configuration changes at scale, using AWS Config. With this solution, you can reduce noise by focusing only on the resources you need, save money by updating the frequency of your resource tracking, and simplify your setup by following best practices.
Note: Recording your resources daily is a valuable tool for resources that don't need to be continuously recorded (e.g., resources in a non-production account), but you might need continuous recording for certain security or compliance purposes. You should also verify if any services or frameworks (e.g., AWS Firewall Manager, AWS Security Hub, or AWS Well-Architected Framework) you are using are dependent on continuous recording before making any changes.
