Adam Savage sits down with legendary ILM model maker Lorne Peterson for a deep dive into the earliest days of Star Wars and Industrial Light & Magic. Lorne brings along some incredible pieces of history, including his rare 40-year ILM Darth Vader service award and a vintage tank model kit box that may have inspired the Sandcrawler. From showing up to his 1975 job interview with a beat-up Kennedy toolbox to kitbashing the Millennium Falcon to setting up ILM's famous Kerner Boulevard facility with 2x4s, Lorne shares firsthand stories of cinematic model-making history.
