Chilling new video circulating social media shows the crazed gunman who opened fire on tourists at a famous Mexican pyramid just moments before tragedy struck.
Joel Torres shot the harrowing footage at Mexico’s famous Teotihuacan ruins on his 360 camera, where he captured the shooter, Julio César Jasso, calmly carrying a backpack at the top of the pyramid before he opened fire.
