Swalwell, Gonzales resign from Congress after bipartisan push: "Poor reflection on all of us"

Democrat Eric Swalwell and Republican Tony Gonzales both resigned from Congress Tuesday over separate sexual misconduct allegations. Swalwell has denied the claims against him while Gonzales acknowledged an affair with a staff member. Caitlin Huey-Burns reports.
