Months later, he’s speaking out about turning things around and ‘trying to ground myself down to earth and get out of my head.’ Lil Nas gets candid about his bipolar diagnosis, admitting, ‘I didn’t want to have to take medication,’ which he thinks would make ‘people think different of me.’
