Vice President JD Vance responded Thursday to critics who questioned his effectiveness in talks with Iran, jokingly citing his recent appearance on “The View” as proof to the contrary. “Just two days ago, I spent over an hour on ‘The View,’ so I actually have great experience in very hostile negotiations,” he told reporters in reference to his Tuesday cameo on the ABC News gabfest. “Look, Joy Behar is way tougher than the Iranians,” he added, “and she and I are best friends now.”
