Stockard Channing on That NIGHTMARE Grease Caricature and Practical Magic Reunion With Dianne Wiest
Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest sit down with ET in London to reflect on their return to the 'Practical Magic' universe with an all-new sequel, 28 years after the OG film first hit theaters. The duo, who play Aunts Fran and Jet, respectively, in the franchise, reveal they actually found out the long-awaited sequel was in the works alongside the rest of the world, before getting the official call to reunite with their on-screen nieces, Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman. The duo also opens up about their decades-long journeys in Hollywood, with Stockard agreeing with fans of 'Grease': Rizzo's opening sequence caricature is bad! 'Practical Magic 2' is set to cast a spell on audiences when it flies into theaters on Sept. 11.
