Family seeks answers after 24-year-old found dead in duffel bag in Brooklyn

The family of a 24-year-old Bronx man whose body was found in a duffel bag on a Brooklyn sidewalk is seeking answers after the victim was identified by the family and Ghanaian officials.

The victim, whose body was discovered by a person looking for metal scraps, was identified as Joseph Owusu.

Overnight surveillance footage captured the moment two people unloaded a large black duffel bag containing Owusu's body from a trunk, dragging it to the sidewalk and driving away.
