Adolf Eichmann was the logistical brains behind Hitler’s final solution, organising the transportation and incarceration of 6 million Jews. The holocaust even made him rich: Eichmann stole the Jews’ last possessions, and sold them for profit. In April 1960, an elite team of Mossad agents landed in Argentina, kidnapped Eichmann and returned him to Israel for trial. In 1961, before three of the country’s most distinguished judges, he was found guilty on multiple counts and sentenced to death.
