Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson reveal on 'Khloé in Wonder Land,' she demanded he get a vasectomy as the exes worked to navigate their co-parenting relationship. Tristan has four kids with three different women. One of them was fathered after he and Khloé got engaged and were privately planning to have their second child together, Tatum, via surrogate in 2021. Despite the surgery, Tristan says it's still possible for him to have more children with Khloé or a future partner, thanks to the embryos and sperm they have on ice.
