I work as an Interactive Marketing Specialist II at Caesars Entertainment, where I have been for nearly four years. Academically, I have a background in International Relations and Strategic Communications. Through my role, I became increasingly involved in cross-functional projects focused on improving processes, driving efficiency, and implementing automation, which sparked my interest in project management and professional development.
As I became more involved in projects at work, I realized I needed a stronger understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
