Beyoncé reveals how Blue Ivy inspired her husband, JAY-Z, to grow his hair out, years ago, in a video showing his recent hair transformation for the 2026 Roots Picnic in Philadelphia. Bey takes fans behind the scenes as family and a team of professionals spend more than six days detangling the rap icon's locs for an afro style, which is an ode to Jay's late father, Adnis.
