Anthony Bourdain Talks "Kitchen Confidential"

In a 2016 Sunday Sitdown interview with Willie Geist, Anthony Bourdain shared how his book "Kitchen Confidential" came to be. Bourdain shot to stardom after he wrote the 2000 book, which, based on his experience, took readers behind the scenes of the restaurant industry. It also touched on his personal struggles with addiction. "Kitchen Confidential" also inspired the 2026 film "Tony," starring Dominic Sessa as Bourdain.
