1. Record yourself speaking for 10 mins about any topic (unprepared)
2. Only LISTEN to yourself speaking and write down 1 thing you can improve with your voice
3. Now just WATCH yourself speaking and write down 1 thing you can improve with your body language
4. Finally TRANSCRIBE the video and see what needs improvement about how you structure what you say
