'Spend the Money!': Protestors DISRUPT Hearing to Defend US-Funded Global HIV Program

AIDS activists and former USAID and PEPFAR staff interrupted Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought's testimony on Trump’s 2027 budget, accusing him of obstructing global HIV funding. Demonstrators chanting “Protect PEPFAR” were escorted out by Capitol Police, with several arrests reported.
