Woman Saved After 16 Hours Under Colombia Earthquake Debris

In a small glimmer of hope amid the devastation in earthquake-ravaged western Colombia, a 31-year-old woman was rescued after an agonizing 16 hours buried under her crumbled apartment building. Emergency crews are racing against time to find more survivors in the debris as the death toll continues to rise. NBC News correspondent George Solis reports for TODAY.
