An investigation is underway after a teenager died in a horse-drawn carriage crash in New York’s Central Park. According to the NYPD, a spooked horse bolted away from its driver with a family on board before ultimately crashing into another carriage. The teen and his family were celebrating his graduation from high school. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
