Hayden Panettiere's likely cause of death at 36 was an overdose, according to the 911 dispatch call obtained by ET. Officials on the call discuss administering CPR for a person who suffered cardiac arrest. In a statement to ET, the Greenville, South Carolina Police Department confirms they responded to a 911 call Sunday afternoon of an 'unresponsive female' who was later pronounced dead on the scene. Hayden is survived by her 11-year-old daughter, Kaia, whom she shared with Wladimir Klitschko.
