Lionel Richie Hospitalized After Dizzy Spell Halts Concert Mid-Show

Lionel Richie left the stage about an hour into opening night of this new tour with Earth, Wind and Fire in Minnesota, after suffering a dizzy spell in the middle of performing 'Dancing on the Ceiling.' The music legend, 77, then spent the night in the hospital. A source tells ET that Lionel Richie 'is doing better,' and upcoming tour stops have not been canceled.
