Skydiving Plane Crash Kills All 12 on Board

A federal investigation is underway in Missouri after a tragic plane crash that killed 11 skydivers and their pilot. Witnesses say that shortly after taking off Sunday morning, the private plane struggled to gain altitude. The airport’s acting manager said the pilot may have been attempting an emergency landing on a nearby highway when the plane went down. NBC News correspondent Maggie Vespa reports for TODAY.
