Have you tried Fizzy Fruit?
Fizzy Fruit | The Easy CO₂ Trick for Juicy Snacks
We’ve found a way to make fruit 1000x better—by turning it fizzy. Grapes, oranges, watermelon… anything gets an instant upgrade with bubbles.
You’ll need:
• Fresh fruit (grapes, oranges, watermelon work great)
• Dry ice + cooler with lid
• Plastic wrap
Steps:
1. Place fruit in a cooler.
2. Add dry ice, cover with the lid, and wrap the cooler tightly in plastic.
3. Chill for at least 12 hours.
4. Remove fruit and enjoy the sparkling burst.
Tip: No dry ice? Use a whipping siphon with 2 CO₂ charges, chill 1 hour, and you’re good to go.
Key tips:
• The tighter the seal, the fizzier the fruit.
• Works best with fruits high in water content.
• Always handle dry ice with care—use gloves or tongs.
