Israel launches attack on Gaza hospital

Israel has launched a military attack on Gaza's Al Shifa hospital and says it has taken control of the facility. There have been reports of tanks and heavy gunfire and panic amongst the thousands of Palestinians who were sheltering there. Israel claimed it launched the operation because it had intelligence that Hamas leaders had there. The Hamas run health ministry accused Israel of committing war crimes and "fabricating narratives" to justify incursions.
