A Cranford Township Committee meeting in New Jersey turned chaotic after a man dressed as a purple bong performed a parody song during the public comment period. Moments later, another speaker, identified as 52-year-old Will Thilly, continued speaking after exceeding his allotted time and was arrested after refusing to stop, according to local reports.
