Fernando Rodriguez is a student at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. He doesn't just code because he likes computers — he enjoys solving problems. To better understand some of the biggest problems the tech world is looking to solve, he ventured to the Silicon Valley to join Google Tech Exchange, which brings students from various Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) to the #Google campus in the Bay Area to immerse them in the tech world during their junior year of college.
