My theory. We’ve been socialized to fit in, follow orders, and stay within the “norm”. And this is mostly the byproduct of the modern education system.
It wasn’t designed to create autonomous, free thinking and creative people. It was designed to build human computers to work in a factory or fight in trench warfare.
Completely anonymous and replaceable.
The 21st century doesn’t need factory workers. They’re replaced by machines and robots. We need thinkers. Philosophers. Artists. Poets.
