Residents Trapped Under Rubble After Russian Strike Hits Building in Ukraine
A Russian air strike hit a residential building in Kramatorsk, eastern Ukraine, on September 13, trapping residents under rubble, according to local authorities. Emergency crews searched the debris and rescued two women, who were taken to a hospital. Donetsk regional police said six people were injured in the strike. Separately, Donetsk Governor Vadym Filashkin said a Russian attack on a civilian vehicle in central Kramatorsk killed two people and injured four others.
