Trump Admin Deposits $1,000 Contributions Into 'Trump Accounts' For More 500,000 Children
President Donald Trump announced that more than 500,000 Trump accounts were given one-time seed contributions of $1,000 during a ceremony in the Oval office on July 6.
The accounts will serve as an early-age 401 (k), granting children born during President Trump’s second term $1,000 in seed money, with parents or their employers able to make additional tax-free contributions of up to $5,000 per year into the accounts.
