Teenager Martin Hatch was one of hundreds of Australians with haemophilia who died after being infected with HIV from tainted blood products in the 1980s.
Martin sued Commonwealth Serum Laboratories (which was government-owned at the time), the Red Cross, and his treating hospital for negligence, but lost.
His mum, Lyn, is still fighting for justice and an apology.
