A 5-ingredient meal you can make from Trader Joe’s from @nutritionbymia ✨ This makes 2-3 servings. This soup is so flavorful and satisfying, with a balance of protein and veggies. You’ll need: 1 package chicken gyoza potstickers 1 package mirepoix 1 (1-quart) container chicken broth 2 tablespoons soyaki sauce 1-2 tablespoons crunchy chili onion, for serving (scale up or down for desired heat) Optional toppings: sesame seeds and green onions What to do: In a medium skillet, fry the potstickers in olive oil on both sides until lightly golden, about 4 minutes. Add ¼ cup water to the skillet, reduce heat, cover, and steam until the water evaporates, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate medium saucepan, sauté the mirepoix in olive oil until tender, about 3 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a slow simmer. Stir in the soyaki sauce and potstickers and cook for a few minutes more, or until heated through. Ladle the soup into bowls and serve with crunchy chili onion.
