The Bachelorette's Katie Thurston Gets Double Mastectomy Amid Breast Cancer Battle

'The Bachelorette's Katie Thurston updates followers five days after undergoing a double mastectomy with direct-to-implant reconstruction. In the video, Katie reveals her chest, showing a support garment, bandages and drains as she continues to heal. The 35-year-old reality star was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in 2025. ET was with the star four months after she learned the life-changing news.
