An attempted kidnapping was captured on camera in South Carolina, showing a woman in handcuffs sprinting down a rural road with a car swerving behind her. A truck driver says the woman ran up to him pleading for help after she says a man claiming to be a police officer restrained her in the back of his car. That man is facing a list of charges, including kidnapping.
