What Karen Read Would Say to John O’Keefe’s Family

In a TODAY exclusive, Karen Read she doesn't have "anything to say" to John O'Keefe's family.
Read was acquitted of second-degree murder and manslaughter in June 2025, in a highly scrutinized legal case. She filed a lawsuit on June 4 against the Massachusetts State Police and the Canton Police Department, citing "a culture of bias and corruption" that led to her being charged in connection with John O'Keefe's death. O'Keefe was a Boston police officer and her boyfriend at the time.
