The NTSB has a released a preliminary report on the United plane that struck a pole near the New Jersey Turnpike while descending into Newark airport. In it, it’s revealed that the co-pilot warned the captain that he was flying too low and too slow but the captain did not react in time. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
