Trump Seeks to Build ‘Triumphal Arch’ in Washington, D.C.

The National Capital Planning Commission is scheduled to discuss the president’s plan for what he calls a “triumphal arch” but a veteran’s group is suing to stop construction, arguing it would block the view of nearby landmarks.
